Products that are in stock and ordered before 4pm are normally dispatched the next working day at the latest. The delivery time depends on your location. You can check the average UPS shipping times per country below.
If the product is not in stock in our warehouse
When you buy a product we don't have in stock, we order it from our manufacturer. In that case, we rely on their delivery time and any possible delays.
Only after we have placed the order with our manufacturer do we receive from them the effective delivery time for those items. Therefore, we cannot display in advance for each of our 26 000 products exactly how long it will take to receive your package.
To still give an indication of the delivery time, we work with an estimated delivery time on our product pages. You can find this estimate per brand in the table below.
The estimated delivery time for each brand is calculated based on the average of their effective delivery times over the past 12 months. This constitutes a good guideline that is also true in most cases. However, if our supplier suffers unforeseen circumstances such as a stock break or production delay, it is possible that the deadline may be exceeded.
