Is it a milking stool? No, it’s a table lamp! The &tradition Milk hasn’t stolen its name. The shade of this lamp is made from milk coloured mouth blown glass. The shape of the Milk of course refers to the little stools that are used for cow milking and some even say they see an udder in the design.
For the Norm Architects, also known as Kasper Rønn en Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen, timeless architecture and meaningful design always come first. The Danish architects not only want to give shape to useful products, they also want create attractive designs which draw attention. Well, job well done, ‘cause this &tradition Milk will not only illuminate your room, it will certainly be an eye-catcher too.
Ideal for your living room, hallway or bureau. The 25cm high Milk table lamp doesn’t take much space and can be put on a side table or a deep windowsill. When lit, the Milk not only lights your room, but also your mind. It takes you to wide open Alps, filled with colourful flowers and gently grazing cows.
The &tradition Milk and its G9 fitting for 40W max halogen bulbs is available in different colours: light coloured legs with either a white or black fabric cord and dark coloured legs with a black fabric cord. You can change the light intensity with the dimmer which is situated on the 2m long cable.
There's a dimmer on the power cord, which isn't meant to be used with LED.
We cannot guarantee it will work and if it does how long this will last.
