Turaco is an anthracite wall light that is made of aluminium and synthetic materials. The weather resistant materials make this light very suitable for garden or patio lighting. The luminaire creates a beautiful light diffusion up and down; which results in a cosy light effect. The Turaco is part of the Hue Outdoor, Philips' smart outdoor lighting collection.
The installation process of Philips' smart lighting is remarkably simple. When you connect the Turaco to your Hue Bridge, you can simply command it via telephone or tablet. All you need to do, is download the Hue app. This app will let you control your outdoor lighting, wherever you are. You can even voice control these lights or use Amazon Alexa, Apple Homekit or Google Assistant.
The Turaco wall light is a part of the Philips Hue white series, which means a few neat functions. Let your lighting welcome you back home, using the Home or Away mode or using geofencing. You can also set timers, which make your lights switch off automatically. That way you never have to wonder whether you switched off the lights or not. The Turaco is delivered with a matching E27 light source, which will allow you to get started right away.
