Functionality and aesthetics

The Louis Poulsen NJP gives a contemporary interpretation to the classic architect lamp. Even though the key element of this design by the Nendo design studio is its functionality, the aesthetic aspect has certainly not been neglected. After all, appearances do count. The aluminium casing and sleek lines make the NJP an interesting designer light which looks splendid in a modern interior.

Direct and reflected light

The NJP collection consists of different variants. There are table lamps, floor lamps and wall lamps, all of which share the same minimalistic look. This specific product is a directional table lamp (including pin) with dimensions of 46 cm x 14.9 cm x 45 cm. The energy-saving LED light source disperses a warm white or extra warm white light, depending on the chosen variant. The light is not only cast directly downwards, but also reflected through the back of the lampshade. This results in a fascinating dual light distribution.

Ergonomic design

One of the greatest assets of this lighting fixture is its ease of use. The two hinges give the user an extensive freedom of movement. In addition, the ergonomic design of the lampshade ensures optimum light. The inside of the lampshade is painted white, which further enhances the light quality. The NJP is a versatile lighting solution that is ideal for the workplace. This specific model is available in two colours: white and black.
