How can I change my personal details?

As a logged in user you can find "My account" in the upper right corner of the page. If you click on it, a drop down menu will open. If you select "My details", you can change your personal data.

I forgot my password.

If you click "Log in" on the top right, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot password?". Just enter your email address and you will receive an email containing a new password.

Where is my shopping cart?

Your shopping cart is in the upper right corner.

Which e-mail adress did I use to register?

Just send a message via our contact form with your personal details and if possible your customer number. Then we can try to recuperate the e-mail adress connected to your account.

Does your website use cookies?

The Peeq websites uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies allow your preferences (e.g. language and password) to be saved while surfing. They cannot contain viruses or spyware.

You can refuse the use of cookies, but this might result in some parts of our website not or not optimally functioning.


Can I come to your store for advice?

Our physical store has been closed since March 1, 2021. Our customer service employees are happy to help you with any questions about our products or services by telephone, email or chat.


Where can I find my customer number?

Your customer number can bd found in your account in the menu on the left, under your name. You only get a customer number from the moment you place an order. If you did not make any orders yet, you won't have a customer number.

Can I get lighting advice or a lighting study from you?

Of course. This does require you to make an appointment in advance.


Are your products authentic?

Yes, we can guarantee you that all our products are 100% authentic. We do not sell fake products.

How do I create an account?

It is possible to set up an account during the order process.


I get 'The given combination of e-mail address and password is invalid’.

This can either mean that you entered a wrong password or that there is no account with the entered email address yet.


I forgot the email address of my account.

These things can happen. We'd be glad to look up your account. Just send us an email explaining the problem and include the following details: first name, last name, address, telephone number, and if applicable VAT number and company name. We will then start searching in our system and inform you as soon as possible.

How do I change my password?

If you are logged in, you can change your password at all times.

  • Click 'My account' in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click 'My details' in the menu which now appears.
  • On the right, enter your current password and a new password of your choice, and click 'Change password'. Your password has now been changed.

Can I create a corporate account?

Of course. You can create a corporate account by selecting ‘Corporate’ at the top right of the first step of the checkout. Enter your details (including company name, and if applicable VAT number) and proceed to step 2. Your corporate account has now been created.

You can also create a new account in the usual way (not through the checkout). If you then finish the checkout process later, you will be able to specify that you are a business client.
