Delivery terms

Products that are in stock and that are ordered before 2.50 PM (CET), will normally be shipped no later than the next working day. When you order more units than we have in stock, we order the extra products with our suppliers or manufacturers. We will ship your order when your order is entirely complete.


How to use the pickup container?

Thanks to our pickup container you can now pick collect your order 24/7! This container is placed on the right side of our store. Using a unique, personal code, which will be sent by email, you can open the container.

Shipping costs

All orders with a purchase value of € 100 and higher are now shipped free to private individuals in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and Monaco. All our shipments are executed by our reliable partner UPS. In addition our shipments are fully insured. Which company do you use to ship your orders?

The majority of our shipments are carried out by DPD. With us you are guaranteed of your shipment, you can rest assured that you will always receive your ordered products in new condition and undamaged. When damages occur during shipment, we will provide you with a replacing article.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order is being shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link sends you to a page on which you can follow the stadium of your shipment.

Can I arrange an hour for delivery with your parcel service?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to arrange an hour for delivery. If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes and your neighbours either, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area. That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up.


What delivery and pickup options do you offer?

That's entirely up to you! You can choose between delivery to an address of your choice or pickup from the pickup container.


Will I have to pay import duties?

Peeq is headquartered within the European Union in Belgium. Shipments within the European Union are free of import duties. In contrast, shipments outside the EU are almost always subject to import duties and VAT in the destination country. These expenses are based on the import policy of the country to which you are shipping.

So, if you have your order shipped to a country outside the EU, you will almost always have to pay import duties and VAT to the local customs in the destination country. These expenses are not included in the price shown on our website.
