The order status in My Peeq says 'Shipped or picked up'. What does this mean?

This means that your order has been shipped or that it is ready for pickup. This depends on the delivery method you chose when placing your order.

If you chose delivery, this means that we have sent your order. We have loaded it onto the truck and it is on its way to your selected delivery address. On the same day (after 7.30 p.m. CET), we will send you an email containing tracking information to follow your order.

If you chose pickup in our shop or container, this means that your order has already been picked up.
