The order status in My Peeq says 'Preparing/in backorder'. What does this mean?

This means that we are preparing your ordered products, or that they are in backorder at our suppliers/manufacturers. The products which we haven’t got in stock, will be ordered at our supplies/manufacturers. Awaiting these ordered products, the order status will stay on “Preparing/in backorder”. The duration of this order status depends on the delivery time of our suppliers/manufacturers. So it is possible that this order status will remain for some time until we receive and pack your ordered products.

Many of our suppliers do not give us an expected delivery date. This means we don’t know when the ordered products will arrive. And so, unfortunately, we are unable to give you an estimated delivery period. We realise that this is frustrating for you and we offer you our sincere apologies. However, you are kindly requested not to contact us about the delivery period of your order until the average delivery period has expired. Then, we will be only too pleased to take the necessary measures to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.
