The order status in My Peeq says 'Ready for shipment or pickup'. What does this mean?

This means that all your ordered products are present in our warehouse and ready for shipment or pickup. This depends on the delivery method you chose when placing your order.


The order status in My Peeq says 'Preparing/in backorder'. What does this mean?

This means that we are preparing your ordered products, or that they are in backorder at our suppliers/manufacturers. The products which we haven’t got in stock, will be ordered at our supplies/manufacturers. Awaiting these ordered products, the order status will stay on “Preparing/in backorder”. The duration of this order status depends on the delivery time of our suppliers/manufacturers. So it is possible that this order status will remain for some time until we receive and pack your ordered products.


The order status in My Peeq says 'Shipped or picked up'. What does this mean?

This means that your order has been shipped or that it is ready for pickup. This depends on the delivery method you chose when placing your order.


The order status in My Peeq says 'Order received and ready for processing'. What does this mean?

This means that we have successfully received your order. The order will subsequently be imported in our system. The ordered products will be reserved and put together in our warehouse. The products which are not in stock, have to be ordered at our suppliers/manufacturers.

Pricing policy

The prices as mentioned on our website are binding, except in the event of superior forces.

VAT recovery

If you have a foreign (non-Belgian) VAT number, we will charge 0% VAT. This will already be calculated when finalizing the online ordering process.

If your goods are to be shipped outside the European Union, there will be no VAT charged. Customs may however charge you the local VAT and import duties, if applicable.

Can I create a corporate account?

Of course. You can create a corporate account by selecting ‘Corporate’ at the top right of the first step of the checkout. Enter your details (including company name, and if applicable VAT number) and proceed to step 2. Your corporate account has now been created.

You can also create a new account in the usual way (not through the checkout). If you then finish the checkout process later, you will be able to specify that you are a business client.


Something is wrong with my received product(s), what can I do?

Inform us by email what the problem is exactly. Be sure to include your customer number, the invoice number and the article number(s) in the mail. Please also send us photos of where the flaw(s) is/are located. Our customer service will then process this problem as soon as possible and will inform you of which steps you need to undertake.

Attention: If it concerns a damaged or defective article, please do not immediately throw it away. Please keep it safe, it can serve as proof for obtaining a new item.

How do I place an order?

Can I request a price quote for larger quantities?

Yes, send us a message containing the product(s) and quantities you would like to order. We will then process your request and send you a quotation.

Will I receive an invoice of my order?

Yes, the invoice of your order will be inside the packaging of you order. Also, you can track all your invoices in your Peeq account on the page "my invoices".

Can I modify an already placed order?

Yes, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, this is unfortunately no longer possible.

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can inform us by email or telephone of which changes you would like to make (address changes, product changes, etc.).

I want to order a product which is not on your website.

It is possible that certain products, which we do sell, are not on our website. Of course, this only applies to products in the lighting and electricity category. For example, new collections.

Let us know which product(s) you would like to buy and we will inform you afterwards whether we can offer this/these product(s), yes or no.

Can I cancel my order?

This is possible provided that your order hasn't been shipped yet. Inform as soon as possible by telephone or email which order you would like to cancel. Please note that business customers (i.e. customers with a company name and/or VAT number) are not entitled to this right to cancel.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order is being shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link sends you to a page on which you can follow the stadium of your shipment.

How can I pay at Peeq?

We offer multiple payment methods. We distinguish two different methods: online payment and bank transfer.


How can I search for offers and place orders?

Have you requested an offer? If so, this can be easily retrieved. On our offer page, all you have to do is enter the year, offer number and the web code.
