Glowing ball
We all know a light bulb, but have you already heard of a glowing ball? The Flos Mini Glo-Ball is a spherical wall lamp that is part of the famous Flos Glo-Ball series. This beautiful wall lamp, which can also serve as a ceiling lamp, is the smallest lamp in the collection. In addition to a wall lamp, the Flos Mini Glo-Ball collection also includes a table lamp and a pendant lamp.

Jasper Morrison
Italian lamp manufacturer Flos likes to work with renowned designers and up-and-coming talent. In 2002 the English designer Jasper Morrison designed the Flos Mini Glo-Ball for the Italian lamp manufacturer. This is a spherical wall lamp consisting of mouth-blown glass, mounted on a silver-colored aluminum ring.

The opal glass of the Flos Mini Glo-Ball provides a soft and diffuse light distribution. This perfect distribution of light can be useful in your home, in hall or bathroom (IP44), as well as in your business.

Question: Can an LED lamp be used with this fitting?
Answer: 

We do have LED bulbs that can be used with this fixture, for example this one.

This bulb however doesn't have a high light efficiency, so it won't produce much light.
