Free delivery is applicable to individual and corporate customers, and this from a certain purchase value. This value depends on the country to which the order is being sent. For some countries, there is no threshold value for free delivery. In these cases, the delivery costs are always ‘Ex works*’.

Exceptions:

Free delivery is only applicable to professional customers (corporate customers offering home improvement products/services) for deliveries in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxemburg and this for purchases worth €300 or more. For all other professional orders, the delivery costs are always ‘Ex works*’.

*Ex works: This means that the delivery costs will be calculated after finishing the order. The delivery costs will then be communicated to you by email. This email will also contain a payment link for completing the delivery cost payment.
